EngageLoop is a unique B2B2C Employee Engagement Enabler platform that creates a vast array of options for Employers to effectively deliver their employee engagement related services and employee benefits. To achieve this goal we are developing a platform where we can onboard the Organizations and the employees to facilitate them with the benefits provided in EngageLoop. As a brief overview there are 3 different platforms provided as per the User functional roles: EL Admin, HRBP and Employees. EL Admin will onboard the organizations with the required details. HRBP will onboard the Employees, Configure the Points, Set-up the Rewards and will allocate the Points. Employee will utilize all the facilities of the Reward-Recognition system. Based on the Employee’s role/designation he/she can give certain rewards, add more points to some rewards and redeem the points received in the EL Shopify. EngageLoop brings together employers, employees and service partners on a single platform to create a great experience for employees and help employers increase the effectiveness of their employee strategies, Employee satisfaction and benefits spending.
